The origin of the details and the design concept

SPEARHEAD The Spearhead is Negroni's newest creation, a contemporary low-top driving shoe inspired by the details found on racing shoes from the early 70's. The Spearhead features large side guards that radiate from the vamp, a heel counter, and an eyelet line that extends deep into the toe. The heel tab, which is shaped like the arrowhead from which the title was derived (spearhead), provides a powerful contrast to the design.

The Wet Track Calf Series is made of a dressy, soft, smooth, and water-repellent material. The unique Negroni burnish cream finish makes this a dress sneaker that can be easily incorporated into everyday lifestyles.
 

The Fit concept.

The Spearhead's comfort can be described as Negroni's ideal of comfort at this point in time. The flexibility of the entire upper, the heel grip, and the comfort of the foot can be felt immediately after wearing the Spearhead, which is the most rigid and comfortable fit available. In this work, the original wooden form GRS is adopted to three-dimensionally capture the movement of the foot muscles. The toe shape is slim at first glance due to the S-shaped structure from the toe to the instep, but by having a firm thickness in the vertical direction of the wooden form, a comfortable fit is achieved without feeling tightness in the width or instep. This comfort gives you a sense of balance that allows you to drive freely even in the most demanding driving situations. In addition, the latest cushioning material with excellent diffusion absorption and desorption properties using deformed cross section yarn allows for comfortable temperature regulation, keeping you from getting too hot when hot and cold when cold. It can reduce humidity during long periods of driving and sudden temperature changes in the shoe caused by the thinness inherent in driving soles.
